The global food supply chain has been tested repeatedly in the last five years. Each time, the same structural weakness was exposed. We are building the industrial systems so that West Africa can be part of the solution.
Fifteen years of operating in West African agriculture taught us what a corridor needs. The park comes first.
It sets the price floor that makes farming pay, certifies supply so buyers can contract, generates its own energy, and anchors the logistics from production zone to port.
Each park turns local crops into finished products for home markets and export. One digital layer runs the whole system, from capital model to daily throughput. The park is the product.
Designing the future of food systems.
AgriGENESIS X Institute grew out of APDC Holdings and is being established as an independent, nonprofit research, intelligence and engineering institution, beginning in West Africa. It gathers what the world already knows about food systems, keeps it current, and turns it into corridor blueprints that can be built.
APDC is its originating sponsor and development architect.
Africa Private Development Corporation, APDC Holdings, is an agricultural project development company. We wrote the blueprint for integrated agro-industrial corridors, and we structure the capital and partnerships to build them.
We work in Africa because we know it best, and because the gap between what it grows and what it earns is widest here.
Founded and led by Nadia Zeine, Managing Partner and CEO.
We pick corridors where production and demand line up. We design the system. We raise the capital, assemble the partners, and build.
Our work sits inside the frameworks that set Africa's trade and industrial agenda: the African Continental Free Trade Area, Agenda 2063, CAADP and the Sustainable Development Goals on hunger, infrastructure and growth.
We work with sovereign institutions, development finance and structured commodity trade.
Infrastructure that creates markets ends poverty for good. That is what we build.
